Yoga / Stretching for Seniors

We've been having great success with our Stretching for Seniors class.

Held the first and third Thursday each month at 9:15 am. These classes are an opportunity to maintain range of motion, work on balance, and practice breathing techniques.

The classes are taught by Nurse Practitioner Jessica Schafman who is a registered Yoga teacher.

And... the classes are FREE!! 

Come work on your flexibility and keep in shape.  Bring a friend, even if he/she is not a patient.
